Shipping & Returns

Shipping zones

We ship across the Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) via Omniva and DPD parcel terminals and to the rest of the EU via DPD courier.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (most orders ship the same day). After dispatch: 2–5 business days within the Baltics, 4–8 business days in the EU. Engraved rackets may need up to 2 extra days — we often engrave and ship the same day. For urgent orders, contact us and we will do our best to help.

If you need your order shipped to a country not listed above, send us a short message via our contact form — we will provide a quote within 24 hours.

Returns

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order. Engraved rackets are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.

To start a return, contact us through our contact form with your order number, a photo of the received original packaging (or the defect, if applicable), and a short description. We will review your claim and reply with next steps. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact hello@virostennis.com within 14 days for a free replacement.
